Placements24 is seeking a highly organized Remote Catering Operations Specialist to own the end-to-end logistics of our expanding catering services from a remote work environment. You will coordinate schedules, manage vendor relationships, ensure precise execution of events, and drive efficiency while maintaining exceptional client service.

This role emphasizes proactive problem-solving and meticulous record-keeping to uphold service standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in operations/logistics coordination or event management in catering/hospitality.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; capable of remote collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end logistics for catering orders from booking to delivery and feedback.
