Job summary

Pomelo is seeking a rockstar Campaign Manager to join our client, a culturally-conscious talent/influencer management agency that celebrates Black digital talent. This role sits on the talent management team and focuses on project and account management within a fast-moving, high-touch environment.

You’ll own relationships, timelines, and day-to-day execution, respond promptly to emails, coordinate campaigns end-to-end, and help drive business forward.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, PR, Communications, or related field.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with influencer marketing and project/account management advantageous.
• Proactive inbox and task management with fast, professional responses.
• Proficiency with project management tools and digital communication platforms.

Responsibilities

• Act as daily contact for assigned talent, ensure timely responses and deliverables.
• Own the full project lifecycle from kickoff to completion, manage timelines and communication.
• Maintain professional, clear communication across all channels with clients and talent.
• Attend client briefs, align on deliverables, manage deadlines, ensure quality standards.
• Support campaign ideation and cross-account initiatives; track content feedback and performance.
