Placements24 is assisting a globally recognized management consultancy in recruiting a Business Process Optimization Specialist for a fully remote role. The position supports clients from South Africa, with emphasis on efficiency and cost savings through process re-engineering and automation.

You will analyze processes, design optimized workflows, implement automation strategies, and present data-driven recommendations to drive productivity across diverse client operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 4 years in business process analysis, optimization, or operational consulting.
• Experience with process mapping tools (Visio, Lucidchart) and workflow automation software.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to interpret data.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; comfortable with remote teams.

Responsibilities

• Analyze current processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement across client operations.
• Design and document optimized workflows, SOPs, and best practices.
• Develop and implement strategies for process automation using relevant technologies.

Requirements

• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Experience working effectively in a remote or distributed team environment.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
