You will lead remote teams, implement best practices, monitor KPIs, optimize processes for efficiency, and collaborate with other departments to ensure scalable, cohesive operations across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in business/management or a related field.
• Minimum 6 years in operations management with remote/ multi-location experience.
• Proven ability to drive performance and remote process improvements.
• Strong knowledge of remote work technologies and collaboration tools.
