Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a relevant field.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in operations management.
• Significant experience managing remote teams or multiple locations.
• Strong understanding of remote work technologies and virtual collaboration tools.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
• Demonstrated experience in financial oversight and budget management for operational units.

Responsibilities
