About the Role

Our client, a global leader in blockchain technology services, is expanding its remote workforce and seeking a highly motivated Remote Blockchain Solutions Engineer. This position is fully remote, allowing you to work from anywhere. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing innovative blockchain solutions for a diverse range of clients across various industries. This role requires a deep understanding of blockchain protocols, smart contract development, and distributed systems. You will play a crucial role in translating client needs into technical specifications and delivering robust, scalable, and secure blockchain applications. Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy blockchain solutions and smart contracts.


• Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.


• Work closely with product managers and other engineers to define project scope and technical specifications.


• Implement and integrate blockchain technologies with existing systems and applications.


• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code in languages such as Solidity, Go, or Rust.


• Conduct thorough code reviews and ensure the security and performance of developed solutions.


• Stay abreast of the latest advancements in blockchain technology, including new protocols and consensus mechanisms.


• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to blockchain implementations.


• Provide technical guidance and support to clients and internal teams.


• Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and best practices.

Requirements

• Proven experience in blockchain development, with a strong portfolio of completed projects.


• Proficiency in smart contract development languages like Solidity.


• Experience with one or more blockchain platforms (e.g., Ethereum, Hyperledger Fabric, Polkadot, Solana).


• Understanding of distributed ledger technology (DLT), consensus algorithms, and cryptographic principles.


• Familiarity with dApp development and related tools and frameworks.


• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization is a plus.


• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.


• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment.


• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
