About the Role

Our client is seeking a talented and motivated Blockchain Solutions Engineer to join their globally distributed, remote-first team. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing robust blockchain solutions that meet the complex needs of our clients. This role requires a blend of technical expertise in blockchain technologies and strong problem-solving skills to architect and deliver innovative and scalable applications. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and sales, to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions, driving forward cutting-edge projects in the crypto and blockchain space from anywhere in the world.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and architect scalable and secure blockchain solutions tailored to client requirements.
• Develop and integrate smart contracts, decentralized applications (dApps), and related backend systems.
• Provide technical expertise and support throughout the project lifecycle, from initial design to deployment and maintenance.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand technical challenges and propose effective solutions.
• Conduct proof-of-concept projects and technical feasibility studies for new blockchain applications.
• Stay abreast of emerging blockchain technologies, protocols, and industry best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• 3+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with a strong focus on blockchain development.
• Proficiency in blockchain development languages (e.g., Solidity, Go, Rust) and platforms.
• Experience with designing and implementing distributed systems and smart contracts.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies.
