Qualifications

• 10+ years in software engineering and architecture with blockchain focus.

Requirements

• Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative field, or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of experience in software engineering and architecture, with a significant portion focused on blockchain technology and distributed systems.
• 5+ years of experience in a leadership or management role, preferably managing remote engineering teams.
• Deep understanding of various blockchain protocols (e.g., Ethereum, Polkadot, Cosmos), consensus mechanisms, and smart contract development.
• Proven experience designing, building, and scaling large-scale, complex blockchain platforms.
• Expertise in system design, distributed systems, cryptography, and network security.
• Strong familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP) and DevOps practices.
• Excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and leadership abilities, particularly in a remote setting.
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
