Qualifications

• Master's degree or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
• 10+ years of experience in software architecture and design, with a minimum of 5 years in blockchain/distributed ledger technology.
• Proven experience designing and architecting complex, large-scale blockchain solutions.
• Deep understanding of various blockchain protocols (e.g., Ethereum, Polkadot, Cosmos) and their trade-offs.
• Expertise in smart contract languages (Solidity, Rust) and development environments.
