Qualifications

• Certification from a recognized coaching program (e.g., Health Coach, Wellness Coach).
• Minimum 3 years of coaching experience, with a specialization in beauty and holistic wellness.
• Strong knowledge of skincare, nutrition, stress management techniques, and general well-being.
• Excellent virtual communication, active listening, and empathetic coaching skills.
• Proficiency with online communication platforms and digital tools for client management.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.

Responsibilities

• Conduct one-on-one virtual coaching sessions to assess client needs and establish personalized goals.
• Develop and implement comprehensive beauty and wellness plans , incorporating skincare, nutrition, fitness, and mindfulness strategies.
• Provide ongoing support, motivation, and accountability to clients throughout their coaching journey.
• Educate clients on holistic approaches to self-care, stress reduction, and achieving radiant well-being.
• Research and recommend appropriate beauty products, wellness tools, and lifestyle resources.
• Track client progress and adjust strategies to ensure optimal outcomes and client satisfaction.
• Create and deliver engaging online content, such as webinars and workshops, on relevant topics.
