In this fully remote position, you will be instrumental in driving a robust safety culture, ensuring compliance with international aviation regulations, and minimizing operational risks. You will work closely with various departments, providing leadership and expertise to enhance safety performance across all facets of the organization. Key Responsibilities

• Extensive knowledge of SMS principles , risk management, and aviation regulations (e.g., ICAO, EASA, FAA).
• Demonstrated leadership experience and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in using safety management software and remote collaboration tools, ideally from Kimberley or globally.
