You will design robust data pipelines, build dashboards, and perform advanced statistical analyses and predictive modelling. A master's in a quantitative field and 6+ years' experience, including leadership, are required.

You will lead a team of data analysts, overseeing the collection, processing, and interpretation of vast amounts of aviation-related data to identify trends, predict outcomes, and inform strategic business decisions. Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of remote aviation data analysts, providing guidance and oversight.
• Develop and implement data analysis strategies to extract actionable insights from aviation data (e.g., flight patterns, maintenance logs, operational efficiency, market trends).
• Design, build, and maintain robust data pipelines and reporting dashboards.
• Perform complex statistical analysis and predictive modeling.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in data analysis, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Proven experience in the aviation industry or with aviation-related data.
• Expertise in statistical analysis, predictive modeling, and machine learning techniques.
• Proficiency in data manipulation and programming languages such as Python or R.
• Experience with SQL and database management.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.
