Placements24 is seeking a highly skilled Remote Automotive Test Engineer to ensure the quality and reliability of automotive software, hardware, and vehicle systems. This role is fully remote and involves designing, executing, and analyzing tests with a global team.

You will develop test plans, run automated and manual tests, document results, and collaborate with developers to resolve issues while maintaining test environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• 3+ years of testing and validation experience in automotive or embedded systems.
• Experience with test automation tools and programming (Python, C++, LabVIEW).
• Familiarity with CAN, LIN, Automotive Ethernet, and UDS diagnostics.

Responsibilities

• Develop test plans and test cases for automotive software, hardware, and system integrations.
• Execute manual and automated tests, document results, identify defects, and report them clearly.
