Placements24 is seeking a Remote Automotive Software Architect to define and guide the architecture of sophisticated in-vehicle software systems. You will lead the software architecture for infotainment, ADAS, and V2X projects, ensuring scalable and safe designs in a fully remote setting.

The role requires 10+ years in software development with 5+ years in architecture, strong UML and pattern knowledge, and experience with Linux/QNX and AUTOSAR.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of software development experience with at least 5 years in an architectural role, preferably automotive.
• Experience designing complex distributed real-time software systems.
• Knowledge of software design patterns, architectural styles (microservices, event-driven), and UML.
• Familiarity with automotive software standards (AUTOSAR, ISO 26262) and development processes.
• Experience with Linux and QNX in embedded environments.
