About the Role

Our client is a leader in automotive technology and is seeking a meticulous Remote Automotive Quality Assurance Engineer to join their distributed engineering team. Working from your home office, ideally near Randburg , you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of automotive software and hardware components. This includes developing and executing test plans, identifying bugs, and collaborating with development teams to resolve issues before product release. You will be instrumental in maintaining the high standards of quality that our client is known for, working on cutting-edge automotive systems in a fully remote capacity.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts for automotive software and systems.
• Execute manual and automated tests to identify defects and regressions.

• Collaborate closely with software developers, hardware engineers, and product managers to ensure quality throughout the development lifecycle.

Requirements
