Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering.
• Master's degree is a plus.
• Minimum 6 years of automotive electrical system design experience.
• Knowledge of CAN, LIN, Ethernet.
• Proficiency with CAD tools such as Altium Designer or EPLAN.
• Experience with circuit analysis tools (SPICE, ANSYS).
• Understanding of power electronics, BMS, and charging tech.
• Familiarity with ISO 26262 automotive safety standards.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a remote, international team.

Responsibilities

• Design automotive electrical architectures and schematics using CAD software.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure designs comply with automotive standards, regulations, and safety requirements.
• Create and maintain comprehensive design documentation, including BOMs, drawings, and technical reports.
• Work effectively in a remote team environment, participating in virtual design reviews and technical discussions.
• Support manufacturing and production teams with electrical system integration and issue resolution.

Requirements

• Requirements Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
• A Master's degree is a plus.
• Minimum of 6 years of professional experience in automotive electrical system design and development.
• In-depth knowledge of automotive electrical architectures, CAN, LIN, Ethernet, and other vehicle communication protocols.
• Proficiency with electrical CAD tools such as Altium Designer, EPLAN, or similar.
• Experience with simulation tools for circuit analysis and signal integrity (e.g., SPICE, ANSYS).
• Strong understanding of power electronics, battery management systems, and charging technologies.
• Familiarity with automotive functional safety standards (ISO 26262).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively in a remote, international team setting.
• Strong documentation and report-writing skills.
