Placements24 is seeking a Remote Automation Engineer to design, develop, and implement advanced automation systems and IIoT platforms for diverse industrial clients. • Strong experience with SCADA software (e.g., Ignition, Wonderware, WinCC) and HMI development.
• Knowledge of IIoT concepts, protocols (MQTT, OPC UA), and cloud platforms.
• Experience with network configuration and cybersecurity principles in industrial environments.
• Excellent remote troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, essential for a remote role.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setup.
• Must have a reliable internet connection and a suitable home office environment.
