Start Date : You should be able to start between December 1, 2024, and no later than February 10, 2025.

Compensation : Your salary will range from 1800 to 2200 for a 40-hour workweek. Vacation, public holidays, and sick days are covered.

About SAWOO : SAWOO is a fast-growing remote-first company based in Munich with a 15-person team across six countries. We specialize in building and managing communities for decision-makers in medium and large companies, facilitating growth through collaborative learning and networking. We organize physical and virtual meetings, conferences, podcasts, and other networking events. We also operate websites and social media channels, publishing content such as posts, newsletters, and blogs. Our current portfolio includes 10 communities targeting executives from renowned companies like BCG, EY, Bosch, Porsche, Lufthansa, BMW, Amazon, Siemens, and more. Examples of the communities we manage include:

You will support us mainly in acquiring new members and organizing community events, primarily working through LinkedIn profiles of community hosts (typically corporate executives) and managing communications via email.

Specific tasks include :

  • Preparing and following up on community events (guest lists, name tags, surveys, connecting participants, updating CRM, etc.)
  • Preselecting potential members and contacting them via LinkedIn with prewritten messages
  • Sending informational messages and invitations via LinkedIn and email
  • Responding to emails and messages using templates, customizing as needed
  • Posting and analyzing content on LinkedIn
  • Coordinating with community hosts and podcast guests via email
  • Maintaining our community database (CRM)
  • Supporting various tasks as needed
  • Ensuring error-free work with great attention to detail, especially in communication
  • Working efficiently, capable of sending up to 150 preformulated messages per hour
  • Managing time effectively to handle multiple tasks and deadlines

Your profile :

  • Available to start between December 1, 2024, and February 10, 2025, with a 40-hour workweek
  • Available during core hours (Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM), with flexible scheduling
  • Several years of professional experience (e.g., assistant, support staff, administrator, call center agent)
  • Fluent in French and English (C1 level), with excellent spelling and grammar
  • Proactive, reliable, detail-oriented, and committed
  • Excellent time management skills, able to handle multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Experience with remote work, proficient with computers and internet, with a stable connection
  • Familiar with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
  • Willing to travel once or twice a year for about a week
  • Enthusiastic about working in a remote, international team, and engaging in community building
