Job description

You should be able to start between December 1, 2024, and no later than February 10, 2025.

Compensation :

Your salary will range from 1800 to 2200 for a 40-hour workweek. Vacation, public holidays, and sick days are covered.

SAWOO is a fast-growing remote-first company based in Munich with a 15-person team spread across six countries. We specialize in building and managing communities for decision-makers in medium and large companies, helping them grow through collaborative learning and networking. We organize physical and virtual meetings, conferences, podcasts, and other networking events. We also operate websites and social media channels, publishing content such as posts, newsletters, and blogs. Our current portfolio includes 10 communities aimed at executives from companies like BCG, EY, Bosch, Porsche, Lufthansa, BMW, Amazon, Siemens, and more. Role Overview

You will support us mainly in acquiring new members and organizing community events, working primarily via LinkedIn profiles of our community hosts (typically corporate executives) and managing communication through email.

Specific Tasks include :
  1. Preparing and following up on community events, including guest lists, name tags, survey evaluation, connecting participants via email, and updating our CRM.
  2. Preselecting potential community members and contacting them via LinkedIn with prewritten messages.
  3. Sending informational messages and invitations to community members via LinkedIn and email.
  4. Responding to emails and LinkedIn messages using templates, customizing as needed.
  5. Posting and analyzing content on LinkedIn.
  6. Coordinating with community hosts and podcast guests to assign and follow up on tasks via email.
  7. Maintaining our community database (CRM).
  8. Supporting other tasks as needed.
  9. Ensuring work is error-free and meticulous, especially in communications.
  10. Working efficiently, capable of sending up to 150 pre-formulated messages per hour.
  11. Managing time effectively to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
Your Profile
  • Available to start between December 1, 2024, and February 10, 2025, with a 40-hour workweek.
  • Available during core hours (Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM), with flexible scheduling within this range.
  • Several years of professional experience (e.g., as an office assistant, support staff, administrator, call center agent).
  • Proficient in French and English (minimum C1), with excellent spelling and grammar.
  • Proactive, reliable, detail-oriented, and committed to quality work.
  • Enjoys working with clear guidance, familiar with repetitive tasks.
  • Previous remote work experience, skilled with computers and internet, with a fast, stable connection.
  • Experience with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Willing to travel once or twice a year for weeklong meetings.
