Job summary

Talent Shore Ltd. is seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Credit Controller to manage cash flow and ensure accurate invoicing and collection processes. The role emphasizes coordination with customers, debtors, and internal teams to minimize bad debts.

The successful candidate will have at least 4 years in credit control, be proficient with MS Excel, and hold a DBS check. Experience with NetSuite or Moveware is advantageous, and the position is remote within South Africa.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years experience in a Credit Control role.
• DBS Check mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Produce weekly debtors age analysis with collection commentary.
• Allocate customer receipts with assistance from operational staff.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies with receipts and unpaid invoices by customers.
• Chase unpaid customer invoices and maintain communication between customers and the company.
• Develop external relationships with appropriate contacts, e.g. customers.
• Keep abreast of changes in financial regulations pertaining to credit granting.
• Prepare and distribute reports on collections and outstanding balances.
