Ideal candidates will have 7+ years in aircraft systems maintenance or design, strong avionics expertise, and excellent communication skills to interface with international teams and clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• Minimum of 7 years hands-on experience with aircraft systems maintenance, design, or support.
• Proven expertise diagnosing and resolving issues with avionics, comms, and navigation systems.
• Strong understanding of aircraft operating principles and relevant aviation regulations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with ability to convey technical info to diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert remote technical support and troubleshooting for aircraft systems (avionics, navigation, comms, flight control).
• Analyze aircraft system data and performance metrics to identify issues and recommend preventative measures.
• Develop and maintain documentation for aircraft systems, troubleshooting guides, and best practices for remote support.
• Collaborate with manufacturers, maintenance teams, and flight crews worldwide to resolve complex technical queries.
• Stay updated on advancements in aircraft technology and system integrations.
• Conduct remote training sessions for client personnel on system operation and maintenance.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of remote diagnostic tools and support methodologies.
• Manage multiple support cases simultaneously, prioritizing to meet SLAs.
• Act as primary contact for escalated technical issues with clear resolutions.
