Blacksmith Agency is seeking an AI-first Search Optimization Specialist to own search strategies for a portfolio of B2B and growing-brand clients. You will shape the technical roadmap, priorities for content, and the ranking story when clients ask what moved.

You are the strategic voice and make the calls. You will lead technical SEO, keyword strategy, and content prioritization with writers and AI tools, ensuring clients appear in AI search results, classic organic results, and local/localized

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years hands-on in SEO, audits and fixes done independently.
• Fluency with Search Console, GA4, Screaming Frog and Ahrefs or Semrush.
• Agency experience across multiple clients simultaneously.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Aufgaben

• Own the technical SEO roadmap: crawl, indexation, site speed, schema and architecture.
• Set keyword strategy, on-page optimization and content priorities with writers and AI support.
• Improve visibility in Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT and traditional results for client sites.
• Manage local search and multi-location SEO as needed for clients.
• Produce reporting in GA4 and Search Console and lay out quarterly roadmaps for each client.
