Job summary

Alignerr Corp. seeks an experienced GRC Analyst to help build and evaluate AI systems governing security, compliance and risk. You will review policies, controls, and audit-style docs, and work remotely on a flexible hourly contract.

You’ll assess AI-generated compliance scenarios against SOC 2, ISO 27001, and NIST CSF, map controls, and help train data to improve model reasoning. Independent, precise thinkers who communicate clearly will thrive here.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on GRC, compliance, risk management or information security experience.
• Familiarity with SOC 2, ISO 27001, NIST CSF or similar standards.
• Ability to read, interpret, and critique policy documents and audit reports.

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze security policies, controls, and compliance procedures for accuracy and completeness.
• Evaluate AI-generated compliance scenarios against SOC 2, ISO 27001, NIST CSF and similar frameworks.
• Assess risk statements, control mappings, and audit-style documentation.
• Generate and validate training and evaluation data to improve AI reasoning in GRC.
• Provide structured, expert feedback that influences AI model quality.
• Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule.
