Placements24 is seeking an AI Ethics Lead to shape responsible AI practices across the organization in a fully remote role. You will develop policies, perform risk assessments, and deliver training to ensure fair, transparent, and accountable AI systems.

Working with legal, compliance, and engineering teams, you will stay ahead of evolving regulations and help guide ethical decision-making at a global scale.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Law, CS, or related field with focus on AI ethics.
• 5+ years experience in AI ethics, responsible AI, or technology policy.
• Deep understanding of ML concepts and ethical challenges (bias, fairness, transparency, accountability).
• Experience developing ethical frameworks, policies, and training materials.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
