Job summary

Placements24 is seeking an AI Ethics Specialist to guide responsible AI development and deployment in a fully remote role. You will help establish ethical guidelines and frameworks, working with researchers, developers, legal teams, and policymakers to mitigate risks and promote fairness and accountability.

The ideal candidate has advanced education in ethics or related fields and strong experience in ethical risk assessment, policy analysis, and stakeholder communication.

About the Role

Our client is seeking a thoughtful and analytical AI Ethics Specialist to ensure responsible development and deployment of artificial intelligence technologies. This crucial role, based remotely, will focus on establishing ethical guidelines, frameworks, and best practices for AI within the organization. You will work closely with AI researchers, developers, legal teams, and policymakers to identify and mitigate potential ethical risks associated with AI systems, promoting fairness, transparency, and accountability. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of AI, coupled with expertise in ethics, policy, or social impact, contributing to the responsible innovation of AI technologies.
