Qualifications

• Hands-on experience applying generative AI in professional digital marketing workflows.
• Understanding of AI's impact on strategy, research, content, campaigns, and analytics.
• Ability to critically evaluate AI-generated outputs and improve them with judgement.
• Extensive experience across digital marketing strategy, channels, campaigns, and measurement.
• Deep subject matter expertise with credibility to guide practitioners.

Responsibilities

• Review learning materials to reflect current AI-enabled digital marketing practice.
• Provide practitioner guidance on how AI alters workflows, outputs and expectations.
• Develop practical guidance showing effective AI use with professional judgement and brand context.
• Advise on assessment design for AI-first outputs and ongoing capabilities.
• Collaborate with designers to translate curriculum frameworks into applied experiences.
• Refine source material, case studies and activity guidance based on current practice.
• Define the distinction between AI-assisted outputs and high-quality practitioner work.
• Record walkthroughs showing how experienced marketers handle AI-enabled tasks.
• Offer insights on common challenges, risks and limitations of AI-generated work.
• Maintain consistency of expectations and terminology across the programme.
• Participate in discussions with academics and senior stakeholders.
