Key Responsibilities

Collaborate remotely with engineers, agronomists, and operations teams to define system requirements and improvements. Monitor system performance and provide insights into potential issues or trends. Document system configurations, processes, and analytical methodologies. Assist in the integration of different agricultural data platforms and software solutions. Conduct research on emerging agricultural technologies and their potential applications. Prepare presentations and summaries of findings for stakeholders at various levels.

Requirements

A Bachelor's degree in Agricultural Engineering, Data Science, Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or a related quantitative field. A Master's degree is preferred. A minimum of 5 years of experience in analyzing agricultural systems, data analysis, or a related field. Proven experience with data analysis tools and techniques, including statistical modeling and visualization. Familiarity with agricultural sensors, IoT devices, and farm management software is highly desirable. Strong understanding of agricultural principles, crop production, and farm operations. Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and critical thinking skills. Exceptional remote communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines in a remote setting. Proficiency in relevant software (e.g., Excel, SQL, R, Python) is advantageous.
