Qualifications

• Master's or Ph.D. in a quantitative field such as Data Science, CS, Statistics, Agricultural Science
• Proven experience as a Data Scientist with data analysis and modeling projects
• Proficiency in Python or R and libraries like scikit-learn, TensorFlow or PyTorch
• Experience with big data technologies and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
• Strong understanding of agricultural principles is highly desirable
• Excellent problem-solving and ability to work independently in a remote setting

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement predictive models for crop yield and other agriculture-related outcomes
• Analyze large datasets from sensors, satellite imagery, weather, and farm systems
