Qualifications

• Master's degree or PhD in Agriculture, Agronomy, Agricultural Economics, or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in agricultural management, consulting, or research.
• Expertise in at least two areas such as crop science, livestock production, soil health, farm management, or agricultural technology.
• Ability to analyze complex agricultural systems and provide data-driven recommendations.
• Excellent virtual presentation, communication, and client management skills.
• Proficiency with remote collaboration tools (Zoom, Microsoft Teams, project management software).
