Placements24 is seeking a highly skilled Remote Aesthetician & Virtual Skin Coach to deliver expert skincare consultations and personalized treatment plans from home for clients across the globe.

You will conduct virtual assessments, guide product usage, and create tailored routines while maintaining confidential records and staying current with skincare technology. This fully remote SA-based role offers flexibility and opportunities to innovate in the online beauty space.

Qualifications

• Recognized qualification in Beauty Therapy or Cosmetology.
• At least 4 years hands-on experience as an Aesthetician or Skincare Specialist.
• Experience diagnosing and treating common and complex skin concerns.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with digital communication tools for virtual consultations.
• Strong online client management and ability to build trust remotely.
• Self-motivated and able to manage time effectively in a remote role.
• Reliable internet and a suitable home office setup.
• Passion for beauty and client-focused virtual experiences.
• Must be based within South Africa.

Responsabilités

• Conduct in-depth virtual skin assessments using provided technology and client imagery.
• Develop customized skincare routines and treatment plans tailored to individual needs.
• Provide expert advice on product ingredients, usage, and skincare best practices via video calls, email, and chat.
• Guide clients through virtual application techniques for skincare products and treatments.
• Monitor client progress remotely and provide adjustments and ongoing support.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in the CRM system.
• Stay updated on skincare technology, ingredients, and virtual consultation methods.
• Collaborate with product development to provide feedback on virtual services.
• Aim for KPIs related to client engagement, retention, and consultation effectiveness.
• Contribute to educational content for online platforms.
