Job summary

Beaver Migration and Recruitment is assisting with an employer-sponsored relocation to Belgium for an experienced Natural Stone Fabricator. The role involves producing custom stone products for high-end residential and commercial projects in a modern workshop.

You will work with natural stone, granite, marble and quartz composites, reading technical drawings, ensuring top quality, and contributing to continuous improvement. Relocation support and long-term career prospects are offered.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in natural stone fabrication or similar manufacturing environment.
• Experience with natural stone, granite, marble, quartz composites or ceramics.
• Ability to complete fabrication and finishing work independently.
• Experience reading and interpreting technical drawings and production specs.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship.
• Good English communication skills.
• Reliable, motivated and results-driven approach to work.

Responsibilities

• Cutting, shaping, machining and processing natural stone, quartz, ceramics and composites.
• Polishing, assembling, gluing and finishing bespoke stone products.
• Manufacturing custom products such as kitchen countertops and vanities.
• Reading and interpreting technical drawings and production specifications.
• Inspecting finished products for quality and precision.
• Safely operating stone-processing machinery and workshop equipment.
• Maintaining a clean, organised and safe workspace.
• Contributing to continuous improvement and developing technical craftsmanship.
