Job summary

Beaver Migration and Recruitment seeks an experienced Natural Stone Fabricator for a permanent role in Belgium. You will manufacture custom stone products for residential and commercial projects in a modern workshop with advanced machinery.

You’ll read technical drawings, shape and finish materials, and ensure the highest quality craftsmanship. The position offers relocation support, a competitive European salary, and ongoing training within a family-owned company environment that values

Qualifications

• 3–5 years' experience in natural stone fabrication.
• Experience with natural stone materials such as granite, marble or quartz.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specs.
• Strong attention to detail and high craftsmanship.
• Good English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Cutting, shaping, machining natural stone, quartz, ceramics and composites.
• Polishing and finishing bespoke stone products.
• Manufacturing countertops, vanities, stairs, sills and other bespoke items.
• Reading and interpreting technical drawings and production specs.
• Inspecting finished products for quality and precision.
• Safely operating stone-processing machinery and tools.
• Maintaining a clean, safe workshop and contributing to improvements.
