Job summary

Fidelity Services Group seeks relievers to transport, collect and deliver clients' money, providing proof of delivery and collection. Relievers will operate at branches across the Welkom area, ensuring secure handling and timely service.

Candidates must hold PSIRA Grade C, a valid C1/EC/EC1 license, handgun training, SAPS firearm competency, CIT certificate, and a minimum of two years in security or related work. Willingness to travel extensively and maintain high integrity is essential.

Qualifications

• Clear criminal record is required.
• PSIRA accreditation Grade C or higher.
• Valid C1/EC/EC1 driving licence (compulsory).
• Completed handgun firearms training and SAPS firearm competency.
• Cit certificate.
• At least 2 years’ experience in security or related role.

Responsibilities

• Transport and deliver clients' money with proof of delivery/collection.
• Receive, sort and distribute consignments.
• Report delays to the Operations Manager immediately.
• Prevent incidents and report suspicious activity.

Reporting to the Operations Manager

The overall purpose of this position is to transport, collect and deliver clients’ money and provide proof of delivery and collection. Incumbents will be working as relievers at branches across the Welkom region.

Minimum Requirements:

• Clear criminal record
• PSIRA accredited at least with Grade C
• C1/EC/ EC1 Valid Drivers License (compulsory)
• Completed firearm training in handgun
• Valid SAPS firearm competency certificate
• CIT certificate
• At least 2 years’ experience in security industry or similar role (Advantageous at FSG)
• Excellent communication skills
• Must be willing to travel extensively across the Free State

Job Specification:

• Full responsibility and accountability for collecting and delivering clients’ money
• Receiving, sorting and distributing consignments
• Report all delays to the Operations Manager immediately
• Incident prevention and reporting
• Maintain radio contact with controllers
• Take preventative action towards any suspicious activity
