Job summary

Fidelity Services Group (Pty) Ltd seeks relievers to support branches across the Welkom region. The role focuses on transporting and delivering clients’ money, with strict accountability and rapid reporting of delays.

Prospective candidates must hold PSIRA Grade C, SAPS firearms competency, and a valid driver’s license, and be willing to travel extensively across the Free State. Strong communication and reliability are essential.

Qualifications

• Clear criminal record.
• PSIRA accredited Grade C.
• C1/EC/EC1 valid driver’s license (compulsory).
• Completed firearm training in handgun.
• Valid SAPS firearm competency certificate.
• CIT certificate.
• At least 2 years’ experience in security industry or similar role.
• Must be willing to travel extensively across the Free State.

Responsibilities

• Transport, collect and deliver clients’ money with proof of delivery/collection.
• Receive, sort and distribute consignments.
• Report delays to the Operations Manager promptly.
• Maintain radio contact with controllers and report incidents.
• Take preventative action against suspicious activity.

Reporting to the Operations Manager The overall purpose of this position is to transport, collect and deliver clients’ money and provide proof of delivery and collection. Incumbents will be working as relievers at branches across the Welkom region.

FCS

• Clear criminal record
• PSIRA accredited at least with Grade C
• C1/EC/ EC1 Valid Drivers License (compulsory)
• Completed firearm training in handgun
• CIT certificate
• At least 2 years’ experience in security industry or similar role (Advantageous at FSG)
• Must be willing to travel extensively across the Free State
