Job Title: Relief Travel Specialist (BH_Relief_TS)
Location: Gauteng, Johannesburg

Key Outputs:
- Oversee relevant teammates' desks when the consultant is on leave (sick, annual, or educational), managing requotes and ongoing proposals.
- Assist with brochure quotes.
- Develop agent educational bookings and work closely with Sales to ensure seamless trips.
- Assist in system implementation and testing.
- Follow up on provisional bookings and dead leads during quiet periods.
- Support loading bookings during peak periods.
- Design and plan itineraries creatively.
- Maintain clear communication with agents, sales teams, suppliers, and colleagues.
- Participate in rotational emergency duties as per Retail Emergency BOP.
- Work early and late shifts on a weekly rotational basis.
- Provide calm, professional service to agents and guests.
- Demonstrate an independent, curious, and proactive attitude.
- Uphold &Beyond values: Care of people, land, and wildlife.
Knowledge Required:
- Passion for service excellence.
- Knowledge of Tourplan and Microsoft systems is advantageous.
- Good understanding of South Africa, Southern, and East Africa.
- Willingness to learn and assist.
Skills Required:
- Understanding of terms, conditions, and product knowledge, including third-party and &Beyond destinations.
- Familiarity with travel industry channels and markets.
- Business strategy and commercial decision-making skills.
- Sales methodologies and problem-solving skills.
- Teamwork and excellent computer skills (MS Office, Tourplan advantageous, WETU).

Previous Work Experience:
- Minimum of 3-5 years inbound tour consulting experience.
