About the Position

We are looking for an experienced Relief Lodge Manager to join a luxury safari lodge in the Sabi Sands Game Reserve.

Requirements

• Minimum 35 years’ management experience in a luxury safari lodge, boutique hotel or five-star environment.
• Previous experience managing guest-facing operations in luxury hospitality.
• Strong understanding of lodge operations, guest experience delivery and service excellence.
• Ability to lead diverse teams and manage operational priorities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong guest engagement and relationship-building abilities.
• Effective problem-solving and decision-making capability.
• Financial awareness and operational business acumen.
• Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure.
• Computer literacy, including Microsoft Office and hospitality management systems.
