We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled Reliability & Maintenance Engineer to support plant operations by improving equipment performance, optimizing maintenance strategies, and driving overall plant reliability. The role involves data analysis, failure investigation, process improvement, and collaboration with maintenance teams across multiple sites.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or industrial engineering.
  • 3+ years’ experience in a reliability or maintenance engineering role, ideally in industrial or mining sectors.
  • Exposure to water treatment systems is an advantage.
  • Strong background in RCA, RCM principles, CMMS, and maintenance planning.
  • Skilled in data analysis and proficient in MS Office.
  • Own reliable transport.
