Job summary

Air Liquide Large Industries South Africa (Pty) Ltd is seeking a Reliability Expert to drive Operational Excellence across Primary Production, Bulk, and Onsites in our Africa/MEA cluster. You will lead reliability programs, implement close the loop methodologies, and collaborate with Facility Managers and maintenance teams to improve asset performance.

You will develop and apply RCM, PM optimization, and PdM techniques; oversee MTBF/MTTR, conduct RCA investigations, perform FMEA during design

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level engineering degree required.
• 5+ years in PRM/Industrial maintenance and reliability.
• Deep knowledge of RCM, FMEA, RCA, LCC, and Weibull analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead reliability programs and close the loop initiatives.
• Conduct RCA investigations and implement corrective actions.
• Develop and optimize PM/ PdM strategies and monitor MTBF/MTTR.
