Job summary

Together Staffing group is sourcing an experienced Reliability Engineer for a top mining client in Gauteng. The role focuses on improving plant equipment reliability, maintenance strategies, and asset lifecycle management in a heavy industrial environment.

The ideal candidate has a degree in mechanical/electrical engineering, GCC(Mines and Works), and a PM qualification, with at least 5 years in operations and 4 years in asset management. This is an on-site role in Gauteng.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years operational experience in maintenance of plant equipment (mining, plant and industrial environment).
• Minimum 4 years management experience in asset management and reliability.
• GCC (Mines and Works) and PM qualification are required.
• SMRP membership or certification is preferred.

To be considered for this role, you will meet the following minimum requirements:

• National Senior Certificate (Matric)
• Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering

• Project Management qualification.
• Society for Maintenance & Reliability Professional (SMRP)
