Qualifications

  • Experience leading large-scale Agile programs with multiple teams.
  • At least 2 years of experience as an RTE, Scrum Master, or Agile Program Manager in Agile environments.
  • Strong experience in coordinating cross-team dependencies and stakeholder relationships.
  • Ability to align business objectives with Agile delivery.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Facilitate and manage PI Planning events and ART ceremonies, driving the execution of PI objectives across the Agile Release Train (ART).
  • Coach leaders, teams, and Scrum Masters in Lean-Agile practices to foster continuous improvement, learning, and transparency.
  • Track and report key metrics to measure team performance, remove impediments, and manage risks proactively.
  • Align with Product Management and stakeholders on product vision and strategy, and support dependency management across teams and programs.

Job Knowledge / Education and Qualifications :

  • Experience leading large-scale Agile programs with multiple teams.
  • At least 2 years of experience as an RTE, Scrum Master, or Agile Program Manager in Agile environments.

  • Ability to align business objectives with Agile delivery.
