Description:

We are seeking a Relationship Officer who is responsible for building a business portfolio by developing relationships with existing or potential clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Maintain professional relationships with existing clients by offering high-quality services.
  2. Identify potential clients' financial needs and seek to develop new relationships.
  3. Generate leads and build relationships by organizing a daily work schedule to call on existing and potential customers.
  4. Introduce existing or potential clients to the products & services that match their needs and identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell.
  5. Achieve weekly, monthly, and annual sales quotas by successfully implementing sales and marketing strategies and tactics.
  6. Develop and implement a territory action plan using comprehensive data analysis, and adjust sales techniques according to interactions and results in the field.
  7. Ensure continuous follow-up on market trends and financial news.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Financial Engineering, or any other related field.
  2. Limited previous experience is a plus.
  3. Good knowledge of Microsoft Word & Excel.
  4. Good written and verbal English communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Background in finance, economics, or related fields.
  2. Familiarity with financial products and trading platforms.
  3. Experience working with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product teams.
