MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB
The Relationship Manager is responsible for fostering client ownership throughout the entire client lifecycle. The Relationship Banker manages end-to-end Client Relationship Management and Client Experience Management.
The role involves marketing Land Bank and Land Bank Insurance products and services to existing and new clients, aiming to grow the lending portfolio according to the Client Segmentation model for commercial and development farmers.
Upon receiving client interest, the Relationship Manager reviews past performance and assesses deal potential. They advise clients on application requirements and facilitate the completion of necessary documentation. The manager visits clients for analysis and acquires all documentation before deal structuring. Collaboration with the Agriculture Economics & Advisory Division (e.g., Agriculture Specialist) and Risk Management (e.g., Credit Managers and Analysts) is essential for constructing deals.
