Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Relationship Manager to join our Private Banking team. This role involves growing, managing, and retaining a portfolio of high-net-worth clients while delivering exceptional value through personalized financial solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth clients by providing tailored financial solutions, proactive engagement, and outstanding service.
  2. Conduct in-depth financial analyses, create personalized banking strategies, and ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  3. Analyze industry trends, assess the competitive landscape, and provide performance reports to support informed decision-making and drive business growth.
Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • FAIS aligned Degree in Business Commerce (NQF7 or higher)

Essential Experience:

  • 5-7 years' experience in sales, service, relationship management, credit applications, and financial acumen within the financial services industry.
  • Proven ability to acquire, manage, and retain high-net-worth clients through tailored financial solutions and strong relationship-building skills.
  • Strong financial analysis skills, experience in credit applications, debt restructuring, and regulatory compliance.
  • Advanced knowledge of banking products, processes, and procedures, with decision-making capabilities to drive business growth.
