EUM, part of the TWK group, has the following vacancy available: Relationship Manager at Cape Town, Western Cape.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their needs and delivering personalised service
  • Act as the primary point of contact, addressing client inquiries and resolving issues efficiently
  • Proactively identify new business or upselling opportunities based on client trends and feedback
  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, etc.) to align on goals and drive success
  • Monitor client data, analyse trends, and provide detailed reports and feedback
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and industry regulations
  • Represent the company at industry events, networking to grow relationships and market knowledge


Qualifications and Skills

  • A relevant diploma or degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field
  • Proven experience (3–5 years) in relationship management, client services, business development, or sales
  • Experience in short term Insurance and/or funeral administration (advantageous)
  • Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
  • Proven customer service orientation and client-focused mindset
  • Sound knowledge of sales processes, marketing strategies, and business development
  • Confidence in negotiation and managing client expectations
