Job Summary

Optimize the profit and value of portfolios of Small Business key account clients with low to medium complexity in commercial banking. Focus on:

• Origination efforts to acquire new clients
• Cross-selling to existing clients
• Servicing clients according to the segment CVP

Job Responsibilities

• Relationship Management: Own the primary relationship with clients, acting as the main contact for all corporate and investment banking needs.
• Client Solutioning: Take accountability for service delivery by coordinating with cross-functional teams including Transactional Bankers, Credit Analysts, Support Teams, and Product & Sector specialists.
• Risk Management: Own portfolio risk assessment, ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal standards.

Education & Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Commerce, or Management Studies is required.
