Optimize the profit and economic value of portfolios of Premium Business key account clients requiring high-complexity commercial banking services by focusing on:
Job Description
Drive Financial Targets: Maintain primary ownership of a portfolio of Growth Account clients, differentiated by the complexity level of the client base.
Relationship and Service Management: Develop strong client relationships through regular visits, aligned with the Commercial Growth Account Value Proposition. Initiate product changes and provide input into product development to better serve clients.
Manage Risk Assessment: Adhere to the bank's policies and procedures, ensuring compliance. Take ownership of portfolio risk management by understanding the regulatory and compliance environments affecting both the bank and clients.
Collaboration: Continuously seek to improve workflows by challenging the status quo, fostering an empowering team environment, sharing knowledge and best practices, and providing constructive feedback.
Education
National Diplomas and Advanced Certificates in Business, Commerce, and Management Studies.
