Job Summary

The Relationship Executive Premium is responsible for optimizing the profit and economic value of portfolios of Premium Business key account clients requiring high complexity commercial banking requirements. The role focuses on:

  • Origination efforts to acquire new clients.
  • Cross-selling to the existing client base.
  • Coverage efforts to service clients in accordance with the segment CVP.

Job Description

  • Drive Financial Targets: Maintain primary ownership of a portfolio of Growth Account clients, differentiated by the complexity of the client base.
  • Relationship and Service Management: Develop strong client relationships through regular visits, in accordance with the Commercial Growth Account Value Proposition. Initiate product changes by providing input into product development to better serve clients.
  • Manage Risk Assessment: Adhere to the bank's policies and procedures, ensuring compliance. Take ownership of the portfolio's risk management by understanding both the bank's and clients' regulatory and compliance environments.
  • Collaboration: Improve workflows by challenging the status quo, sharing knowledge, and providing constructive feedback within the team.

Education

  • National Diplomas and Advanced Certificates in Business, Commerce, and Management Studies.
