Job summary

Old Mutual South Africa is seeking an experienced team leader to manage a group of financial services advisors. You will guide relationship building with existing and prospective clients to grow demand for our products and services while ensuring high service standards and compliance.

Qualifications

Leadership experience managing an advisor or sales team.
Strong relationship management and client engagement skills.

Responsibilities

Lead and direct a team of advisors, aligning actions with the function's strategy.
Develop and implement relationship plans to grow key accounts and new business.
Sell customer propositions with clear rationale and standard terms.
Identify potential customers through referrals, networking and events.
Monitor performance, provide coaching, and take corrective action when needed.
Provide operational support and ensure processes are followed.
