A leading financial services provider is seeking a professional to manage demand from Personal and Prestige banking customers in Cape Town. This role requires 3–4 years of banking experience, particularly with Prestige/Affluent clients, as well as a FAIS aligned Degree in Business Commerce. The successful candidate will address client needs effectively while adhering to bank policies and legislative parameters.

To take demand from Personal and Prestige banking customers for any banking matters ranging from product questions to customer account activities as well as any other service requests. Form an accurate assessment and understanding of the demands in order to act on it in a one-and-done manner that consistently delivers what matters to the customer within product, segment and legislative (e.g., FAIS) parameters.
