FirstRand’s First National Bank (FNB Namibia) seeks a relationship analyst to conduct in-depth credit analysis and provide insights for informed lending decisions. You will support sustainable growth while aligning with client relationships and risk governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in commerce or business banking required.
• 3–5 years banking experience stated.
• Credit record check per National Credit Act may apply.

Responsibilities

• Analyse credit data to estimate degree of risk in extending credit.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience per Balanced Scorecard standards.
• Maximise cross-sell opportunities and strengthen client relationships.
• Comply with governance, legislative and audit requirements.
• Ensure effective data management and attend to expired limits.
• Prepare credit proposals for review by the Credit Product House.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyse credit data to estimate degree of risk in extending credit or lending money in support of a broader client relationship
• Achieve the delivery of exceptional customer experience against the Balanced Scorecard standards
• Maximise Business Portfolio cross-sell opportunities and strengthen client relationships
• Comply with governance in terms of legislative and audit requirements
• Ensure effective Data Management by ensuring expired limits are attended to against set target
• Prepare credit proposals for review by the Credit Product House Compliance with procedures and processes contained in the Golden Rules

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor of Commerce or Business Banking Degree
• 3-5 years banking experience
• In accordance with National Credit Act (NCA) candidates applying for this role will require a credit record check
